Minimum 2 night stay / Minimum 3 nights on public holiday weekends. (Flexible - just ask)

During school holidays & long weekends - minimum of 6 guests

Guests are responsible for any damages to the property.

Only guests booked in to Almonta are permitted to stay the night unless discussed with us prior.

If you intend on having a large group of visitors to the property or function or party - this MUST be discussed with us PRIOR. Failure to do so could result in the immediate termination of the rental with no refund.

We welcome all pets, however please advise and do not allow them in the bedrooms.

Check in time is 2pm Checkout 10 - (Flexible - just ask)

Please advise the correct number of guests. Extra beds used will be charged at $75 each.

The alternative is we have to lock each room & we would prefer you to be able to explore the whole house and if a friend decides to they want to stay the night - then they can.
